Zero Embers Textile is a permanent flame retardant fabric. The experiment shows that ZET is size stability at the high temperature and it provides good electrical insulation and excellent radiation resistance, good mechanical properties, perfect chemical stability and high dye-ability.
Zero Embers Textile is a high-performance synthetic fiber. The major raw material of ZET is PSA, . The product does not fuse in the flame and does not shrink. Once removed from the flame, the material will stop burning immediately. The strength retention of the fabric maintains 90% after 100 hours heat treatment at 250 ℃ and it also maintain 80% at 300 ℃ hot air.
